-Slots may open while I'm still finishing commissions from my last opening, but new commissions will only be completed after older ones are done. I will only open new slots when I am very close to completing all commissions from my last opening to ensure the wait isn't too long.
-Completion time is about one-two months depending on complexity, once I begin work. It may take me several months to begin work, depending on the size of my queue. If you have a deadline, you can tell me AT LEAST six months in advance, but I cannot guarantee completion on time. Keep this in mind if you're planning to get a suit for a con!
-Body/half/fullsuits require a duct tape dummy. Buyers are responsible for providing a good, usable dtd. Mistakes made due to an improper dtd, such as sizing, are not my responsibility. The Fuzz Factory has an excellent guide on how to make a dtd! Please follow this tutorial to make life easier on myself as well as yourself.

-Payments are done through Paypal invoices.
-A non-refundable 30% down payment is required to guarantee you a slot. I will not purchase materials nor start work until at least half of the total is paid off, and I will not ship the finished project until it is fully paid off (plus shipping).
-I do accept payment plans, which we can work out together to find what works best for the both of us. I am very lenient with these.
-Requested refunds can be given out depending on the amount of materials bought and completion done at the time a refund is requested. The original 30% down payment is non-refundable.
