Payment:
-Payment is through PayPal only. I will not start any work until full payment is made. For larger commissions of $100 or more, I can work out a 50% upfront, 50% upon completion deal.
-You may resell any adopt or custom you got from me for a similar amount if no extra art is included.

Progress:
-I will send WIPs of the sketch stage, the finished lineart, and the coloringstage for approval. You can ask for any changes during the WIP stage. After final approval, I will NOT make any edits unless you notice a mistake I made.

Refunds:
-If a refund is wanted, tell me before even considering a chargeback. I'll be happy to accommodate.
-Refunds will only be given based off the amount of work I've already done. I reserve the right to reuse what I already have for a different commission, with changes made so it's not the same character. (ex: I reuse the lines for something else)
-If a chargeback is made without warning or requesting a refund first, I reserve the right to do whatever I want with what I have, including but not limited to: reselling a custom, reusing lines as a YCH or base, etc.

Commercial use:
-You may not use my work for commercial use. This means that you cannot profit off my work by making stickers, t-shirts, etc to sell. Making something for just yourself is fine. (This does not apply to art you make yourself, only to the original art that I made.)
-You may not involve my art with any cryptocurrency or NFT in any way.
-You may not edit my art with AI, or use it for anything AI related.
